Natasha’s Greek Salad

  • 8 ounces Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 pound cucumber
  • 2 pounds tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons black olives
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese

Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar


  • Chop lettuce and onion finely. Chop tomatoes and cucumbers coarsely about 1/2 inch. Combine and garnish to taste. This recipe is one of the simplest items we prepare, this salad draws many compliments. Use real Greek olives packed in brine.
